Ingredients

4 craw carrots, grated

1 cbutter, softened
-
2 ceggs
-
1/2brown sugar
-
1- 1/2 cflour
-
1 tspbaking powder
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt

1 tsplemon juice
How to Make Carrot Casserole
- Cream butter, add sugar gradually. Add eggs,
Combine dry ingredients and add gradually to the mixture. Add lemon juice. - Add grated carrots and mix well.( I use an electric mixer.)
Grease a casserole dish well. Pour the mixture into the dish and Bake at 350' for and 1 hour and 15 minutes. Enjoy !!
