Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 - ears corn, with husks
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted

How To Make cajun-grilled corn on the cob

  • Step 1
    Prepare grill. Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside.
  • Step 2
    Pull husks back from corn (do not remove) and scrub silks. Brush butter over corn; sprinkle with spice mixture.
  • Step 3
    Place corn on grill rack and grill 12 minutes or until done, turning occasionally. Husks can be used as a handle to turn the corn..
