Ingredients
- 1 - large butternut squash, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 - large apples, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices (use tart cooking apples)
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries (or frozen)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
How To Make butternut squash, cranberry and apple bake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Slice and peel squash and apples.

Step 2Place squash cubes in an ungreased 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Place apples on top and then cranberries.

Step 3Mix the flour, salt, sugar and nutmeg and sprinkle on top of casserole. Dot with butter and bake 50-60 minutes.
