- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Step 1Pare the parsnips and quarter. Split in half lengthwise. Place in a kettle with salted water to cover. Simmer until tender, drain. Pour melted butter over parsnips in a serving dish.Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Makes 6 servings.
