Ingredients

1 1/2 c
water
1/3 c
teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp
granulated sugar
1 Tbsp
soy sauce
1/4 c
bacon bits, optional
2 Tbsp
frozen concentrated orange juice,undiluted
2 clove
garlic, minced
2 c
minute brown rice, uncooked
12 oz
package chopped broccoli pieces, frozen
1 small
onion chopped in medium pieces
1/2 c
diced bell peppers, any color, frozen
to taste
salt and pepper

Step-By-Step

1In a medium kettle or pot add the water and teriyaki sauce; stir. Bring to a boil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork..Great with any entrée.
