I love broccoli and cauliflower and I love cold salads, but I don't eat refined sugars anymore & I do not eat artificial sweeteners at all. So I created this recipe with no refined sugar. Much healthier. Most salad dressings are loaded with sugars or artificial sweeteners, preservatives and other nasty ingredients that cause inflammation and are toxic to your body. I hope you like it as much as I do.
