broccoli casserole
This is a delicious side dish and is wonderful to take to pot lucks or family get-togethers. It disappears very quickly, so you may not have any leftovers. Enjoy!

Makes a 9 X 13 casserole
Ingredients
- 2 packages frozen broccoli, 10 ounce size, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
- TOPPING
- 1 package stuffing mix, 8 ounce size (i use pepperidge farm in the blue bag)
- 1 stick butter
How To Make broccoli casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 X 13 baking dish with cooking spray, set aside.

Step 2Cook broccoli until tender and drain. In a large bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, and onion. Add salt and pepper. Fold in broccoli.

Step 3Pour broccoli mixture into prepared baking dish and top with stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Step 4TOPPING: Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
