Ingredients
- 2 pounds mushrooms. your choice, i used button mushrooms.
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup red wine, can use red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup raspberry wine, can use raspberry vinegar
- 1 - green bell pepper
- 1 - yellow bell pepper
- 1 - red bell pepper
- 2/3 cup water

Step 1Cut bell peppers into strips and set aside. In a sauce pan add sugar, dry mustard, wine, and 2/3 cup of water. bring to a boil. then reduce heat to simmer for about 5 minutes..

Step 2In a med-mixing bowl add mushrooms and peppers. Toss to mix.. Now pour mixture from sauce pan over mushrooms and peppers. Place in fridg for 6 to 12 hours to marinate.. Serve with tooth picks.
