Battletown Inn Baked Squash

7small yellow squash

1 mediumonion, diced

1/2 ccream
-
3 Tbspbutter
-
1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
3/4 ccrushed saltine crackers
How to Make Battletown Inn Baked Squash
- Boil squash in salt water until tender. Drain and mash.
- Saute onion in butter. Add cream, cheese and cracker crumbs. Mix with squash.
- Pour into a 1-1/2 quart buttered casserole dish. Top with additional crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
