Ingredients
- 7 - small yellow squash
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup crushed saltine crackers
How To Make battletown inn baked squash

Step 1Boil squash in salt water until tender. Drain and mash.

Step 2Saute onion in butter. Add cream, cheese and cracker crumbs. Mix with squash.

Step 3Pour into a 1-1/2 quart buttered casserole dish. Top with additional crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
