This is an easy and delicious side dish perfect served with meat, rice or sandwiches!

    3 bell peppers
  • ·
    3 long hot peppers
  • ·
    4 cloves of garlic – chopped
  • ·
    ½ tsp. salt
  • ·
    1 tsp. dried oregano
  • ·
    ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • ·
    3 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make Baked Sweet and Spicy Peppers


  1. Preheat Oven 350 degrees:

    Place the peppers whole on a baking pan.

    Bake until the peppers are soft; about 20-25 minutes.

    Let the peppers cool. Remove the stems and slice the peppers.

    Place in a bowl with the garlic, oil and seasonings.
