Who says Egg Rolls have to be fried...these are a perfect alternative.

Ingredients

  • 10 - egg roll wrappers
  • 1 bag broccoli slaw
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 - garlic cloves, smashed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • - canola oil spray
  • 2 tablespoons water

How To Make baked eggrolls

  • Step 1
    For the filling, sauté in the sesame oil, the broccoli slaw, ginger,garlic.
  • Step 2
    add in the water and simmer about 5 mins..till tender
  • Step 3
    following the egg roll wrapper folding directions, fill each one, with about 2 tablespoons of filling, and fold...seam side down.
  • Step 4
    spray a cookie sheet with canola oil, place all and spray the tops also with the canola oil.
  • Step 5
    bake at 400 degrees for 20 mins...or until crispy and golden brown...serve with any sauce you like...I used sweet chili sauce
