- 1 medium head green cabbage, sliced not too thick
- 1 medium onion, diced
- - black pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 slices bacon, cooked and diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make baked cabbage with bacon

Step 1Pour chicken stock into a baking dish about an inch and a half deep. Layer cabbage, onion and bacon. Season with black pepper to taste. Dot with butter.

Step 2Cover and bake in a preheated 325-degree oven for about 30 to 40 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
