Ingredients

  • 1 - butternut squash
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 - garlic clove

How To Make baked butternut squash

  • Step 1
    Pare and clean squash. Cut into small pieces. Add all ingredients to bowl and marinade one hour.
  • Step 2
    Place on parchment covered pan. Bake at 400 for approximately 1 hour or until tender.
