Ingredients

  • - artichoke
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 - garlic clove, smashed finely
  • 1/2 - lemon

How To Make artichoke with mustard aoili sauce

  • Step 1
    Cut both ends of Artichoke, place in a pot of boiling water and salt for about 20 mins or until stem is fork tender.
  • Step 2
    in the meantime combine the mustard, garlic and a splash of lemon.
  • Step 3
    take artichoke out and drain upside down on a paper towel let cool a bit....then remove each leaf and dip the lighter side in the mustard sauce and enjoy.
