- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 - garlic clove, smashed finely
- 1/2 - lemon
How To Make artichoke with mustard aoili sauce

Step 1Cut both ends of Artichoke, place in a pot of boiling water and salt for about 20 mins or until stem is fork tender.

Step 2in the meantime combine the mustard, garlic and a splash of lemon.

Step 3take artichoke out and drain upside down on a paper towel let cool a bit....then remove each leaf and dip the lighter side in the mustard sauce and enjoy.
