    dijon mustard
  • 1
    garlic clove, smashed finely
  • 1/2
    lemon

How to Make Artichoke with Mustard Aoili Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut both ends of Artichoke, place in a pot of boiling water and salt for about 20 mins or until stem is fork tender.
  2. in the meantime combine the mustard, garlic and a splash of lemon.
  3. take artichoke out and drain upside down on a paper towel let cool a bit....then remove each leaf and dip the lighter side in the mustard sauce and enjoy.
