Ingredients
- 4 cups grated zucchini
- 1 cup bisquick (heart friendly) or 1 cup flour and 1 tbs baking powder
- 1 - small onion, grated
- 4 - eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon parsley
How To Make zucchini casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything together in a bowl. Spray a casserole dish or pie plate with Pam. Pour mixture into plate. Bake 45 minutes, till golden brown. Test with a toothpick in the middle of the dish. If it comes out clean, it's ready.
