spinach-and-cheese casserole or prisnjac
This is my Mom's recipe that she used to make when all the family was together. I add lot's of herbs to it that I'm not listing here, play with it and see what your family likes best.

Ingredients
- 3 - beaten eggs
- 1 lb - cottage cheese, small curd
- 2 tablespoons butter cut into small pieces
- 1 package chopped spinach defrosted and drained
- 12 ounces "kraft cracker barrel cheese" cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons mixed herbs, dried.... i add a variety, like tarragon, oregano and thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Step 1Dump all ingredients into a bowl and mix lightly.

Step 2Turn into an oiled 8X8 inch pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set. Leftovers may be heated in the microwave.
