- 1 pound cooked crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1 large onion, diced

- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
How To Make my yummy baked beans
-
Step 1This recipe could be halved. I made for 20 people and very little left. Empty beans into a medium sized roaster or casserole dish. Mix in all other ingredients, then taste to see if you need any adjusting...I just keep tasting as I add...
-
Step 2Bake in a 375 degree oven, for 2 - 2 1/2 hours or until desired thickness, ( stirring occasionally ) I take out of oven when still a little bit runny, as they will continue thickening as they sit. These are great served right away or even cold. They were a big hit at my party...enjoy!
