This is a classic Southern dish. I've been making it for years, and it's a family favorite. Try using Colby Jack instead of Cheddar or adding green chiles for a change.

sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

creamed corn, 14 oz
1/2 tsp
smoked paprika (substitute regular paprika if necessary)

How to Make Jiffy Cornbread Pudding

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 400. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well blended and pour into baking dish.
  • 3Bake 40 minutes until nicely browned. Let rest for five minutes before serving. Serve with a spoon.
