Ingredients
- 2 boxes jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 - eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can creamed corn, 14 oz
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (substitute regular paprika if necessary)
How To Make jiffy cornbread pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 400. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well blended and pour into baking dish.
