Ingredients
- 6 - hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped while warm
- 2 cups "pepperidge farm herb bread stuffing
- 1 pint half and half
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat, picked over
- 1/2 cup finley chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
- 1 bunch parsley for color
