Mom used to make this EVERY Christmas..now that she's gone, its like getting a hug from her every time I make it.

Ingredients

  • 6 - hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped while warm
  • 2 cups "pepperidge farm herb bread stuffing
  • 1 pint half and half
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 pound jumbo lump crab meat, picked over
  • 1/2 cup finley chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
  • 1 bunch parsley for color

How To Make crab casserole

  • Step 1
    Mix everything together and bake for 350" till bubbly about 45 min.
