6 - hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped while warm
2 cups "pepperidge farm herb bread stuffing
1 pint half and half
2 cups mayonnaise
1 pound jumbo lump crab meat, picked over
1/2 cup finley chopped onion
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
1 bunch parsley for color
