I just made this corn casserole today and my goodness I think we could have ate the whole thing, and there are only 2 of us!

Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernal corn, drained
  • 1 can creamed style corn
  • 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons all purpose flour (4 heaping Tbsps)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

How To Make corn casserole

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients together. Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1hr, 20 min.
