How to Make CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE
- Open chilies and remove seeds. Place half of the chilies on bottom of a greased 3-quart casserole dish. Place half of both cheeses over chilies. Repeat chili layers with cheese layers. Beat eggs, flour and yogurt together. Pour over cheese and chilies. Bake 40 minutes in a 350 degrees oven. Makes 6 servings.
