Ingredients
- 2 - 7-oz. cans whole green chilies
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups grated monterey jack cheese
- 8 - egg whites
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons flour
How To Make chile relleno casserole

Step 1Open chilies and remove seeds. Place half of the chilies on bottom of a greased 3-quart casserole dish. Place half of both cheeses over chilies. Repeat chili layers with cheese layers. Beat eggs, flour and yogurt together. Pour over cheese and chilies. Bake 40 minutes in a 350 degrees oven. Makes 6 servings.
