baked potato casserole
This recipe is one I got from my Aunt Becki. She makes this one for Christmas Dinner. I like it best with Easter Dinner to accompany ham!

Ingredients
- 8 - potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 3/4 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make baked potato casserole

Step 1Skin boiled potatoes and chill.

Step 2Grate potatoes into large bowl. Add 1 cup cheddar, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and put in casserole dish. Top with remaining cheddar and onion.

Step 3Bake covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
