  • 1/ 2
    10" skillet of cornbread
  • 2 pkg
    10 oz ranch seasoned croutons, crushed
  • 2 can(s)
    each, cream of celery and mushroom soup
  • 1 / 2 stalk(s)
    celery, chopped
  • 1 small
    bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 and 1/2 small
    onions, minced
  • ·
    drippings from chops plus 1/2 stick of butter

How to Make Baked Loin Chops with Dressing, Iris


  1. Take the half skillet of cornbread and the packages of crushed croutons, place in large mixing bowl
  2. Add in processed vegetables and both cans of soup.
  3. After pork chops are baked, 40 minutes,pour drippings into the cornbread mixture and mix well.
  4. Bake dressing covered for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, place chops into dressing with half a can of water, baked additional 15 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
