Ingredients
- 6 - loin chops, 1 " thick
- 1/ 2 - 10" skillet of cornbread
- 2 packages 10 oz ranch seasoned croutons, crushed
- 2 cans each, cream of celery and mushroom soup
- 1 / 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 and 1/2 small onions, minced
- - drippings from chops plus 1/2 stick of butter

Step 1Take the half skillet of cornbread and the packages of crushed croutons, place in large mixing bowl

Step 2Add in processed vegetables and both cans of soup.

Step 3After pork chops are baked, 40 minutes,pour drippings into the cornbread mixture and mix well.

Step 4Bake dressing covered for 45 minutes. Remove from oven, place chops into dressing with half a can of water, baked additional 15 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
