How to Make Yoko's Rice
- Cook first 3 ingredients in approximately 1/2 cup water in skillet,covered on lower heat.
- When skillet items are cooked, adding a little water along the way. cook rice in the 2 cups of water with a little salt op. for approximately 15 minutes.
- When rice is cooked, fold into skillet mixture. Enjoy!! Serve as a side dish with pork, chicken or whatever you prefer. It actually is a meal in itself.
