My ultimate comfort/hangover food. These quantities are just rough estimates. I have never written this recipe down before. Hope you like it.

Ingredients For tuna, pea, rice (tpr)

  • 1 can
    chunk tuna (i always use sirena chili tuna)
  • 1/4 c
    frozen peas (defrosted)
  • 4 c
    cooked rice (med. or long grain)
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper

How To Make tuna, pea, rice (tpr)

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season well.

    Microwave on high until very hot - 3-4 minutes.
