My ultimate comfort/hangover food. These quantities are just rough estimates. I have never written this recipe down before. Hope you like it.

Ingredients
- 1 can chunk tuna (i always use sirena chili tuna)
- 1/4 cup frozen peas (defrosted)
- 4 cups cooked rice (med. or long grain)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- - salt and pepper

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season well.

Step 2Microwave on high until very hot - 3-4 minutes.
