chunk tuna (i always use sirena chili tuna)
1/4 c
frozen peas (defrosted)
4 c
cooked rice (med. or long grain)
1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1/2 tsp
dried marjoram
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
salt and pepper

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season well.
  • 2Microwave on high until very hot - 3-4 minutes.
  • 3Serve & enjoy!
