My ultimate comfort/hangover food. These quantities are just rough estimates. I have never written this recipe down before. Hope you like it.

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    chunk tuna (i always use sirena chili tuna)
  • 1/4 c
    frozen peas (defrosted)
  • 4 c
    cooked rice (med. or long grain)
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Tuna, Pea, Rice (TPR)

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and season well.
  2. Microwave on high until very hot - 3-4 minutes.
  3. Serve & enjoy!
