- 1 cup minute rice, uncooked
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained and sliced
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can onion soup
How To Make polynesian rice

Step 1Melt margarine, pour over rice. Add mushrooms, water chestnuts and onion soup. Cook at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour, covered. Then 1/2 hour uncovered. Makes 4 servings.
