- 1 - lemon
- 1/2 cup cilantro, fresh

How To Make lemon cilantro rice

Step 1zest lemon, set aside.

Step 2In a pot, place rice and water, add lemon zest and squeeze the lemon juice (discarding seeds) add salt to taste.

Step 3bring to boil, then to low for 20 mins...add fresh chopped cilantro and gently stir...serve as a side. Yummy
