Ingredients

  • 1 c
    uncooked wild rice
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground sage
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground thyme

How to Make HERBED WILD RICE

Step-by-Step

  1. Rinse wild rice thoroughly in running water. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Drain and rinse. Cover with water again, add salt and simmer until tender, about 30 minutes. Drain and rinse in hot water. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Makes 6-8 servings.
