How to Make The most delicious Roasted Sweet Potatoes!

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut up jeweled potatoes that have been cleaned and dried into Wedges. Then I usually put them in a plastic bowl
  2. Sprinkle liberally with salt and drizzle the oil.
Make sure they are all covered with salt and oil
  3. Preheat oven to 400° on convection
  4. Most of the time either use the SIL pat or parchment paper. I place the potatoes on the parchment paper and then I drizzle what's left of the oil in the bowl over them and pop them in the oven
  5. Bake about 20 to 30 minutes until the edges are brown
