Ingredients

SWEET TATERS NOTHING TO IT

2 can(s)
(29 oz) sweet potatoes or yams, drained & mashed
2 Tbsp
fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
butter
1 tsp
cinnamon (optional)

Step-By-Step

1In a Soup pot, Mix all the Ingredients together over Medium heat; Mix Well
2Cook 5-7 Minutes, or until its Heated thru, Stirring occasionally.
Serve Immediately, or Transfer to Casserole dish, Cool, Then cover & chill in refer
3Rewarm in 325 degree Oven for about 30 min.
(Optional to top with Mini Marshmallows.)
NOTE: Can be Re heated in the Microwave also for 2-3 Min on High.
