  • 2 can(s)
    (29 oz) sweet potatoes or yams, drained & mashed
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon (optional)

How to Make Sweet Potatoes (Nothing to it)


  1. In a Soup pot, Mix all the Ingredients together over Medium heat; Mix Well
  2. Cook 5-7 Minutes, or until its Heated thru, Stirring occasionally.
    Serve Immediately, or Transfer to Casserole dish, Cool, Then cover & chill in refer
  3. Rewarm in 325 degree Oven for about 30 min.
    (Optional to top with Mini Marshmallows.)
    NOTE: Can be Re heated in the Microwave also for 2-3 Min on High.
