SUPER SMASHED POTATOES
2 mediumonions, peeled and chopped in 1-inch pieces
1/2 cheinz tomato ketchup
1 Tbspvegetable oil
2 tspchili powder
1 tspworcestershire sauce
1 pkgore-ida steam n' mash cut russet potatoes
2 cshredded very sharp cheddar cheese
·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make SUPER SMASHED POTATOES
- Toss the onions with the ketchup, vegetable oil, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce. In a medium skillet, cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until softened.
- Meanwhile, prepare potatoes according to package directions
- Combine the cheese and onions into potatoes using a potato masher. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
