Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
1 quart heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons white pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup onion flakes
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

How To Make steakhouse augratin potatoes (crock-pot style)

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients (except cheese) together in a large mixing bowl

Step 2

Place in a greased crock pot, cook on high for 3-4 hours; stirring occasionally
Step 3

Last 1/2 hour of cooking add the cheese in; mix well; turn to warm... Enjoy! (make sure you use the old fashioned crock pot, not a slow cooker ; as they cook hotter, so if you use a slow cooker you will need to adjust the time...
