1Place cut sweet potatoes on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil and a dash of salt. Place in a 400 degree oven til fork tender. Depending on size of potatoes, anywhere from 30-45min.
2For sauce whisk together equal parts of Your chili sauce, lime juice and honey in a bowl.
Place potatoes on a nice serving dish and pour over Your sauce, squeeze more lime juice over and serve with a side of more sauce.
