I was playing around in the kitchen and came up with this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes
- 2 tablespoons oil or use 1 t each oil and butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make roasted red potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pull out a 13x9x2 pan.

Step 2Wash the potatoes and remove the eyes. Chop potatoes into 1 inch pieces.

Step 3In a large zip-style baggie, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the potatoes and seal the bag. Shake the bag to coat the potatoes.

Step 4Pour the potatoes into the 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Check after 20 minutes,stirring potatoes to prevent sticking.

Step 5Notes: You can make this in the microwave. Use a microwave safe dish, cover the potatoes with plastic wrap. Be sure to cut a slit to vent the steam. Microwave for 5 minutes. Check and stir the potatoes. Cover and microwave an additional 5 minutes. Let rest 1-2 minutes.
