How to Make Roasted Red Potatoes
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Pull out a 13x9x2 pan.
- Wash the potatoes and remove the eyes. Chop potatoes into 1 inch pieces.
- In a large zip-style baggie, combine the remaining ingredients. Add the potatoes and seal the bag. Shake the bag to coat the potatoes.
- Pour the potatoes into the 13x9x2 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Check after 20 minutes,stirring potatoes to prevent sticking.
You can make this in the microwave. Use a microwave safe dish, cover the potatoes with plastic wrap. Be sure to cut a slit to vent the steam. Microwave for 5 minutes. Check and stir the potatoes. Cover and microwave an additional 5 minutes. Let rest 1-2 minutes.
