yellow onion, chopped
1/2 c
olive oil
1/2 Tbsp
salt
1/2 Tbsp
pepper

How to Make Red Roasted Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease a 9x13" baking dish. Put potatoes, onions, olive oil, salt, and pepper into baking dish and stir together.
  • 2Bake for about an hour, or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy, stirring every 15 minutes.
