- 1 - egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make raw potato pancakes

Step 1Rinse shredded potatoes in cold water; drain well. Place in a large bowl. Add egg, flour, onion. salt and pepper; mix well. In a skillet, heat 1/4-inch oil over medium heat. Drop batter by 1/3 cupfuls into oil. Flatten to form a pancake. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Makes 6 servings.
