    32 oz. bag shredded hash browns

    1 pint whipping cream
  • ·
    1 teaspoon salt
  • ·
    pepper, to taste

How to Make Quickest Potato Casserole


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 13x9 baking dish.
  2. Pour potatoes in baking dish, pour cream over. Sprinkle in salt and pepper.
  3. Bake uncovered until potatoes are glazey and slightly brown on top, about 1 hour.
