Ingredients For potato dumplings

  • 4
    potatoes, grated
  • 8 slice
    bread
  • water
  • 1 sm
    onion, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 2
    eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp
    parsley, minced

How To Make potato dumplings

  • 1
    Dip bread in water and squeeze out most of the water. Combine all ingredients. Mix and form into 2-inch balls. Roll in flour. Drop in salted boiling water or broth. Cook covered for 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
