Ingredients

3 lb
potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
2 c
thinly sliced celery
1 small
onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
prepared mustard
2 Tbsp
vinegar
1/2 tsp
tabasco pepper sauce

How to Make PICNIC POTATO SALAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook potatoes in skins until tender. Peel and cube. Add celery and onion; sprinkle with salt. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and tabasco sauce; Add to potato mixture. Toss lightly with fork, being careful not to break potatoes. Chill. Makes 10 servings.
