Ingredients
- 3 pounds potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups thinly sliced celery
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco pepper sauce
How To Make picnic potato salad

Step 1Cook potatoes in skins until tender. Peel and cube. Add celery and onion; sprinkle with salt. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and tabasco sauce; Add to potato mixture. Toss lightly with fork, being careful not to break potatoes. Chill. Makes 10 servings.
