I love Sweet Potatoes, prepared any way you serve them. I also make a Orange Glazed Candied Sweet Potato, so I decided to make my regular sweet Potato casserole into one flavored with Orange. I love the flavor that oranges add to sweet potatoes, so this is my newly created recipe, that is off the charts in my opinion The nutty topping with brown sugar really does add lots of crunchy texture. My neighbor said she had never had them with Nuts, butter & brown Sugar, only butter, Marshmallows & brown sugar. She said she loved this version and preferred it better than her old recipe. Try it.
