Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes (peeled and chunked)
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons soft butter( unsalted)
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 3/4 cup fresh spinach (chopped)

How To Make one potato, two potato, three potato , four

  • Step 1
    In a saucepan boil potatoes and whole garlic and salt till done.
  • Step 2
    drain water add butter and sour cream, mash till creamy.
  • Step 3
    stir in spinach, sprinkle with parmigiano reggiano. Serve as a side or topping.
