  • 4 large
    potatoes (peeled and chunked)
  • 3 large
    garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    soft butter( unsalted)
  • 1 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 3/4 c
    fresh spinach (chopped)

How to Make One Potato, Two Potato, Three Potato , Four


  1. In a saucepan boil potatoes and whole garlic and salt till done.
  2. drain water add butter and sour cream, mash till creamy.
  3. stir in spinach, sprinkle with parmigiano reggiano. Serve as a side or topping.
