I was looking for a different side dish. This is my concoction and I will be making it again. My family loved it. You can't go wrong with potatoes and cheese.

These easy-to-prepare cheesy potatoes are the perfect side for a holiday meal or a weeknight chicken dinner. Once baked, the potatoes have a delicious crispy crust. Parmesan cheese adds a savory flavor and helps with the crust. Buttery and tender, melting mozzarella cheese on top make these potatoes gooey and very creamy. - 5 - 6 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup melter butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
How To Make mozzarella and parmesan cheese potatoes

Step 1Boil potatoes until tender on medium to high heat for about 15 minutes.

Step 2Drain potatoes.

Step 3Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place potatoes in a 2-quart baking dish.

Step 4Pour butter over the potatoes. Then lightly sprinkle garlic salt and paprika over the potatoes.
