I was looking for a different side dish. This is my concoction and will be making it again. My family loved it. You can't go wrong with potatoes and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 medium
    potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 1/2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c
    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • ·
    paprika
  • 1/4 c
    melter butter

How to Make Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese Potatoes

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Place potatoes in a 2 quart baking dish. Pour butter over over potatoes, lightly sprinkle garlic salt and paprika over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and bake until cheese has melted.
