- 6 medium potatoes,any kind you have!
- 1 tablespoon mesquite seasoning
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 cup olive oil
How To Make mesquite roasted potato wedges

Step 1Wash,peel and slice the potatoes into wedges by slicing them in half then in quarters. Add all of the other ingredients and toss well.

Step 2Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet leaving some room between them and bake in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for forty minutes,enjoy!! :)
