  • 6 medium
    potatoes,any kind you have!
  • 1 Tbsp
    mesquite seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    paprika
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/8 c
    olive oil

How to Make Mesquite Roasted Potato Wedges

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash,peel and slice the potatoes into wedges by slicing them in half then in quarters. Add all of the other ingredients and toss well.
  2. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet leaving some room between them and bake in a pre-heated 425 degree oven for forty minutes,enjoy!! :)
