Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds ground beef 85% lean
- 2 stalks celery,minced
- 1/2 - onions, vidalia, peeled,minced
- 1 package goya sazon seasoning,can be found in the mexican aisle of your supermarket.
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup parsley, italian,chopped
- 1 cup water, cold
- 2 cups bread crumbs, fresh
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese,shredded,whole milk only,not skim
How To Make magic meatloaf

Step 1Combine everything together and form half of the mixture into a meatloaf pan or on a lipped baking sheet,then add the mozzarella to the center and add the other half on top smoothing the surface over with moistened hands to prevent cracking when baking.

Step 2Bake in a 350 pre-heated oven for 45 to 50 minutes,let it rest for five minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite brown or red gravy and a generous helping of mashed Yukon gold potatoes and a side of fresh vegetables! Enjoy!! :)
