    bulk italian sausage, browned, divided
  • 4
    raw potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 4 lg
    carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can
    condensed golden mushroom sup

How To Make italian sausage hot dish

  • 1
    Brown sausage in frying pan and drain off excess fat. In a casserole dish layer 1/2 the sausage, then a layer of raw potatoes and a layer of sliced carrots and then the other half of the sausage. Top with mushroom soup and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
