- 1 pound bulk italian sausage, browned, divided
- 4 - raw potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 4 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 can condensed golden mushroom sup
How To Make italian sausage hot dish

Step 1Brown sausage in frying pan and drain off excess fat. In a casserole dish layer 1/2 the sausage, then a layer of raw potatoes and a layer of sliced carrots and then the other half of the sausage. Top with mushroom soup and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Makes 4 servings.
