~ Hotty Tottys ~
1 bag(s)32 ounce ore ida tater tots - thawed
3 tspcajun seasoning - i use tony chachere's creole seasoning
1 tspheaping - each pepper & dried rosemary
1 tspeach garlic powder & onion powder
1/2 - 3/4 tspcayenne - i used 3/4 tsp - we like hot
6 Tbspbutter + 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
How to Make ~ Hotty Tottys ~
- In a medium sized bowl, pour in about 1/3 of the seasoned oil. Now add about 1/3 of the tater tots and swirl to coat in bowl. I also used a spatula and carefully tossed. Once coated place on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tots, until all are coated.
If there's any remaining sauce, drizzle over tots.
