bacon diced
8 oz
red onions diced
4 oz
white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp
dijon mustard
18 oz
chicken stock heated
1/3 c
fresh chopped chives
salt to taste
fresh ground black pepper
1/2 c
olive oil

How to Make GERMAN POTATO SALAD

Step-by-Step

  • 1cook the potatoes in simmering water until tender.drain
  • 2saute the bacon until it is nearly cooked.add the sweet red onion, then drain off exces fat.
  • 3add the vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper, mustard, warm stock & chives to the bacon simmer pour the dressing over the warm potatoes serve the salad warm
