Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1/4 stick butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 dash black pepper
How To Make garlic roasted sweet potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into medium chunks.

Step 2In a medium-sized pot on low heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté till the garlic becomes aromatic.

Step 3Add the olive oil, liquid smoke, and spices.

Step 4Take off the heat and add sweet potatoes.
