Ingredients
- 2 cans sliced potatos
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 large bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make fast fried potatoes

Step 1Put oil in non-stick skillet add diced onion, garlic, diced bell pepper and both cans of potatoes drained.

Step 2cook over medium high til brown ( you may cut the potatos up with the spatula but they still taste great.)

Step 3I am cooking some now. They were done before I could get this recipe posted AND THEY TASTE GREAT. Granted they are not as good as fried fresh potatos but potatos but they are great for a quick side.
