How to Make Fast Fried Potatoes
- Put oil in non-stick skillet add diced onion, garlic, diced bell pepper and both cans of potatoes drained.
- cook over medium high til brown ( you may cut the potatos up with the spatula but they still taste great.)
- I am cooking some now. They were done before I could get this recipe posted AND THEY TASTE GREAT. Granted they are not as good as fried fresh potatos but potatos but they are great for a quick side.
