Ingredients

10 large potatoes
8 ounces cream cheese
16 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon dried chives
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1/8 teaspoon paprika

How To Make fancy potatoe's

Step 1

Peel, cube, boil, drain, and mash potatoes. Mix all remaining ingredients in potatoes and drop into a greased casserole dish dot with butter, sprinkle with paprika and bake 350 degrees
